We are seeking a candidate with minimum 4 years experience who is excellent at creating and implementing Mediterranean style cuisine. This is a fantastic career opportunity for the right candidate; the person will be part of the Senior Management team and will work very closely with the General Manager of the business. The ideal candidate will bevery strong and experienced in the operational aspects of running an efficient kitchen.
The ideal candidates will have:
Experience in working in a fast paced dynamic kitchen Proven track record for producing high quality food. Leads by example, setting the pace and standards. Ability to achieve food to specification and therefore achieve sales and profits Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written & verbal English Ability to build rapport and communicate in a positive manner An ability to take direction and work on own initiative Ability to create new dishes for menu and implement same Ability to motivate and build their team and cross train. Have achieved all necessary professional qualifications Excellent customer service internally & externally A passion for cooking and producing high quality food.
