  • Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams in the design and implementation of a Time & Attendance and Payroll system.
  • Define and manage the IT related components of the overall project plan and ensure it is delivered on time and to budget.
  • Ensure the Global IT PMO methodology is followed to ensure all phases of the project lifecycle are executed including the generation of Requirements, Test scripts and Traceability matrix.
  • Liaise with the IT teams to ensure all technical aspects of the project are implemented.
  • Ensure IT Project Methodology process is followed.
  • Perform Business Analysis activities (i.e. Requirements gathering, business process design, reports design, testing and deployment).

Development of all supporting documentation required for the software lifecycle; specification documentation, work instructions, qualification documentation, support as per the IT PMO methodology
  • 3+ years experience in Business Analysis
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience of System Development Lifecycle
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in implementing a multi site HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance system a distinct advantage
  • Degree/Diploma in business, human resources or information technology.
  • Travel amongst Ireland based sites is required

• Experience in supporting a dynamic development, design and manufacturing environment a distinct advantage.
