The Client
My client is an established leading provider in the Education sector.
They currently have a requirement for an experienced Software Development
Project Manager.
Requirements:
You must have:
Bachelors Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business.
6 years + experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a fast
paced service delivery environment.
Experience with delivering projects following the Agile Development Methodology
Project Management Tools proficiency
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
Extensive hands-on experience in producing detailed project schedules,
extrapolating work break down structure, and resource requirements and tracking
to schedule.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written
English.
Experience working with Technical Product Management Teams, experience and
exposure to the following technologies, .Net, Java App, J2EE, SQL, Client
server based environments
Ability to work with and manage 3rd party vendors
Highly Desirable
Analytical Skills with ability to truly understand the full scope and impact of
the project requirements
Customer service orientation with ability to manage relationships with internal
customers
Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders, including
executive management and third parties
Project Management Certification.
Risk and issue management to all levels in the organization.
Extensive experience in project reporting including executive level briefing
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
High degree of business acumen
