We are looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Technical Architect / Architectural Technologist to join our Architect group in Dublin.
The Role :
The main focus of the role will be on the delivery of projects. Aware of design, commercial, programme and quality targets set for the projects, occasionally required to chair meetings, mentor intermediate and graduate Architects. Designing all of the principal building elements, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of projects. You will have excellent AutoCad and IT skills and will need to be able to design within a 3D environment.
Experience in providing PSDP services would be an advantage but not essential.
The role will be for a temporary full time contract, having a duration of 12 months with potential to extend further.
The Person :
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, able to communicate at all levels, an organised individual, with a passion for architectural design and experience with working on a diverse range of design projects.
You will have experience in design of a range of commercial and public building types, preferably including school buildings. You will be a good communicator, seek responsibility, need freedom to develop and be able to build successful relationships with clients and colleagues whilst delivering the highest quality solutions. You will have proven experience or a keen interest in sustainability and innovative thinking. RIAI or equivalent professional accreditation required.
