The main purpose of the job;
Our Company Secretarial team provides services to multitude of industry sectors which includes multinational groups, indigenous companies and public sector organisations. We also work closely with our colleagues in Audit and the wider Tax practice.
Management of a substantial portfolio of clients to include all aspects of secretarial compliance, special assignments and in particular, Corporate Restructuring and other special secretarial work. Creating new business opportunities by networking internally and externally.
Management of portfolio of clients to ensure compliance with all aspects of company law
Building relationships with other departments
Identifying business opportunities
Keeping abreast of all current and proposed legislative changes
Identify where efficiencies can be brought to work being delivered
Occasional special projects for clients/internal PwC
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
Over three years experience working in a Company Secretarial role
Experience of using company secretarial software packages
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities
Excellent business writing skills
Strong MS Office Skills (Word and Excel)
Demonstrate an ability to manage own work in an efficient manner.
Proven commitment to achieving deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Diligent attitude to work
A methodical approach to work
