Essential Skills required:
Java/J2EE,
WebSphere Process server/ESB,
SOA,
Extensive WID development experience,
SoapUI, JUnit
Nice to have skills (not essential)
REST, RTC, Build Forge,
Continuous Integration/automation
Performance tuning in a distributed environment.
