Hartley People are currently recruiting for a PA / Administrator on behalf of our client based in Carlow for an 11 month contract (3rd Sept '12 to 4th Aug '13).

Remuneration: Negotiable depending on experience

The Person:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher preferred - ideally in a related discipline
  • 4 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Diary Management
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodology an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Role:

  • Provide effecitve admin support for the technical team
  • Use standard systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP and various company specific systems
  • Support department to be audit ready
  • Be a document system specialist
  • Support production activities through documentation generation, filing, tracking and auditing
