Our Client a Dynamic radio station with impressive listenership figures and market share is currently recruiting for a sales executive. This role is based in the Midlands and entails business development & revenue generation activities of the station

Currently revenue generated through the sale of:

• radio advertising packages
• sponsorship of programmes and programme features
• on-air promotions
• Other: premium phone lines; event promotion etc..

Person will need to have good presentation skills be a multi tasker; dynamic yet responsible and team worker. Will need to be able to be creative in terms of devising creative ways of adapting the radio "product" to generate revenue. Also the selling process is often quite short usually a number of days with 2-3 month lead in being really long.

Media experience not essential but strong grounding/experience in sales is neccessary.
