Outsourcing Manager for a multinational company based in Dublin to act as the prime contact between the client and some major vendors, ensuring the successful execution of programs through selected 3rd party outsource vendors whilst ensuring that they are effectively and appropriately equipped and supported, co-ordinate and chair regular operations and business reviews with vendors, be responsible for collating monthly / quarterly vendor Scorecards, working closely with service delivery organizations, manage RFI / RFP processes including vendor transitions and contract negotiations and make recommendations to senior management, outsourced business has the appropriate legal framework in place specifically in relation to master contracts, ensure operational processes are compliant to all contractual components and ensure regular audits (finance, security, IT etc) are carried out on outsourced vendor operations and ensure annual budgets are completed.
Essential Requirements for this role are a degree and ideally coming a minimum of 6-10 years an Operations background in a multinational with prior strong vendor management experience, commercial negotiations with evidence of more than 2 contract negotiations with complex SLA's, vendor selection and performance management, strong working knowledge of business process outsourcing operations, excellent track record of achieving cost savings for outsourced operations, strong working knowledge of legal contract terms, conditions and procedures, vendors and virtual teams from different groups, ability to interpret complex accounting, analysis, budgeting, and business information, strong performance management skills, be customer focused and posses strong communication, reporting, negotiation, influencing and conflict management and dispute resolution skills.
