PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

• Previous experience of a payroll system - Europay & Timeware is a distinct advantage but full training will be provided for the systems in operation
  
• Computer literate, with Word & Excel

• Liase with HR in relation to wage information, new starters & leavers and ensure data for payroll is received and processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
  
• Processing of P45’s, downloading and process of Tax Certs from Ros
  
• Printing weekly reports & payslips
  
• Deal with payroll queries and provide assistance to both store managers and staff on payroll matters
  
• Clock Card issuing and distribution
  
• Liasing with Tax Office
  
• Filing and general administration
  
• Dealing with staff requests for salary certificates, social welfare forms to be filled out etc.
