A Purchasing Manager is required for the Dublin West region. An knowledge of the FMCG sector would be advantageous. 4 years in a procurement role is essential.
Responsibilities
Order products by supplier. Liaise with Sales and Customer Service on supplier delivery issues & manage the information flow internally. Offer a range of procedures and processes to improve inventory management Plan and maintain stock levels, stock turnover & stock control accuracy to match market demands & customer requirements Monitor sales & promotional activities & customer buying trends Product Pricing and Maintenance Product Profitability Setting, monitoring & analyzing KPI's
Requirements
2 to 3 years relevant experience Fluent in English, fluency in other European languages an advantage. Interest in Food. Strong Influencing and negotiation skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Good knowledge of the supply chain
