Quality Control Analyst
Our client a Blue-Chip Multinational Pharmaceutical company based in the Leinster region is looking for a QC Analyst to join a team whose responsibility it is to ensure that their products are manufactured to the highest international standards.
Responsibilities:
To observe GLP/cGMP at all times.
Testing of all laboratory samples including in-process, finished products, Validation, Stability, and Environmental.
Performance of laboratory tests as per written procedure or as per pharmacopeia. Recording of analytical results accurately.
Operation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Preparation and execution of instrument and method validation protocols.
To maintain written training records.
To report any non-conformance, instrument malfunction, accident or other abnormal occurrence to immediate superior.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a third level qualification in chemistry, analytical chemistry or a related subject.
One to Two years experience in a similar position.
Strong technical ability and the ability to troubleshoot GC, HPLC and Dissolution testing methods are essential.
Experience in pharmacopeial testing, along with method development, validation experience in accordance with ICH guidelines and working knowledge of GMP would be advantageous.
