The position of Residential Manager is an existing role within an organisation providing residential services. The role will operate at a middle management level, and the successful candidate will be expected to operate with low levels of supervision and in a consultative manner with their line manager when key decisions are being made.
It is the role and responsibility of the Residential Manager to assist the Director of services and the Management Team with management and development of the residential and respite services.

- A relevant health care related qualification
A minimum of one years line management experience at middle or senior management level
A minimum of one years experience working with people whose behaviour may challenge.
A proven track record in managing services
- A minimum of five years experience in a social care environment, preferably of which some is in intellectual disability services
A management or supervisory qualification
Own transport
