Reporting to the European VP of systems you will be providing & delivering technology services to the organisation.
This will include the management of networks, messaging service, change management of business application production & development environment.

- Delivery of day to day services with strong emphasis on compliance, controls & expense management.
- Define & manage operational expense budget & efficient deployment of resources to anticipate & met organisational needs
- Build, manage & direct a highly technical team
- Ensure appropriate SLA & Performance indicators are in place to monitor & measure service delivery against SLA expectations
- Maintain knowledge base on new technologies & with specific focus on system / security trends relevant to IT operations
- 8+ years experience within a major infrastructure technical disciplines (mainframes, messaging, OS & Network engineering / architecture)
- Significant IT management experience in an International context (Ideally within Financial Services)
- Significant people management experience with the ability & develop relationships at all levels
- Strong project management experience in a large scale technology project deliveries
- Knowledge of annual/strategic plan development, analysis & research techniques, best practice product performance metrics, P&L tracking & executive level assessment
- In-depth understanding of the financial & business implications of IT solutions & decisions for internal & external customers.
- 3rd level degree.
- 5+ years experience in a senior management role
- 10+ years experience in Technology Operations & of Infrastructure
