After Sales Manager
Our client is one of Irelands longstanding and successful dealer groups within the Irish Motor Industry and are currently offering an opportunity for an experience Service Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the General Manager and working with a proactive and efficient team, this role will be responsible for maximizing department productivity and customer service levels across the service and bodyshop divisions
Through a systematic approach to customer service this role will be responsible for driving the increase in the level of market share and dealer service reputation through planning and implementing numerous marketing initiatives. Responsible for the delivery of a superior aftersales experience to customers, including customer care, staff recruitment, development and motivation, workshop performance and profitability, general productivity and quality of work, while meeting all safety, environmental and legal requirements. To capitalise on all cross-selling opportunities between sales, service, parts and financial services in an effort to maximise dealership profitability.
The ideal candidate will hold excellent face-to-face verbal communication skills including eliciting a detailed description of the symptoms, obtaining supporting information and documentation and determining the customer's expectations, along with obtaining routine customer and vehicle information. Dispatching of work to technicians needs maximize the use of resources, enabling the technicians to monitor their work flow.
