Brompton recruitment are currently seeking an experience Service Manager to join an industry leading Main Franchise Dealership in Offaly. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic service professional to help build on past successes and drive the future success of the team.
This role will be responsible for daily management and coordination of the workshop team including; workshop loading and allocation, setting productivity and efficiency targets for top technicians, service advisors, managing the interaction with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability on time, customer relationship management, ensuring job cards are completed accurately and on time, business development and generating a stonger awareness for the service department within the local and surrounding regions. Our client is aware that Dealership success is increasingly dependant on the Service Department and Workshop in meeting demanding targets in terms of productivity and profitability and a key factor in customer retention and business growth
The ideal Candidate will be commercially aware, understanding the most effective methods and procedures in the management and achievement of targeted productivity levels.
Candidates must hold strong communication skills with an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation and maintain strong communication lines across all departments
