Annual Leave
All employees are entitled to 20 days holiday, per year. In addition to this employees are also entitled to take a holiday on their birthday. Additional holidays are also available to reward length of service.


Sickpay
A comprehensive pay scheme is available for employees whilst they are off work due to illness.


Maternity/Paternity Leave

Maternity: AOL Broadband supplements state Maternity Benefit, to ensure that whilst on Maternity Leave you will receive 85% of normal pay.

Paternity: If your spouse or partner gives birth, you are entitled to take 3 days paid leave.



Disability Benefit
AOL Broadbands Disability Benefit protects you if you are unable to work due to a disability.


Life Assurance
