Sourcing:

As the first recruitment company in Ireland to install the sophisticated TALENT software system,
we can boast a database of over 60,000 highly selected candidates.
Up to 60% of our placements are generated by internal file search,
while the remainder are sourced through targeted advertising, the World Wide Web,
Retained Advertising or, particularly for senior positions, Direct Search.
Screening: 

Once sourced, candidates are effectively screened to ensure only quality selections
are presented to our clients. With temps, we check all references.
Before being included on the database, all candidates are thoroughly
interviewed by one or more of our consultants.
Skills Testing: 

Atlas employs state of the art systems for skills testing. The QWIZ system tests competence,
accuracy and speed on software systems.
Psychometric Testing: 


For positions where behaviour is a key factor we can perform Personality Profiling
using the highly acclaimed Thomas DISC system.
Thomas Disc measures 4 factors of an individuals' behaviour: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. They can be characterised as Assertiveness, Communication, Patience and Structure. DISC interprets the relations between these factors. Using the information, DISC can be used to describe a person's general approach, their motivations and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and some of the basic assumptions they make about other people. It can also go far in helping to predict how a person will reach or perform in various circumstances.
Tutorial Service: 

We provide free tutorial services to all our candidates on the MS Office Suite.
Contract Payroll Service:

Upon client request Atlas Personnel provides a contract payroll service for temp and/or contract workers
within their organisation. Atlas can register, establish and handle
procedures for payroll both weekly and monthly paid personnel.
Both services have the capacity of handling variable and fixed payments.
We operate the Sage Micropay Senior Package, which means that we have unlimited payroll capacity.
Full maintenance and support is at Atlas' disposal from Sage.
Managed Agency:
