Berkley Pharmaceutical is a specialist pharmaceutical recruitment
consultancy with offices in Cork and Dublin in Ireland, while also having
an Australian base. As one of Irelands leading recruitment consultancies,
we work with pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare companies
nationwide in Ireland.

How do we do it?
Simple. Low volume ensures high quality. By working on projects that are
largely exclusive to Berkley, our consultants are uniquely motivated to
work on behalf of our clients and to actively search for the most suitable
candidates.
While the norm in the recruitment industry is for consultants to work
on about 50 projects at any given time, consultants at Berkley work on
no more than 5 or 6 projects at a time. We refute the high volume approach
because we know that this results in poor service to both candidate and
client.
For candidates, the exclusive arrangement ensures that each job interview
is a realistic job possibility. Low volume ensures premium quality. We
know that candidates like to work with consultants who take the time to
understand their background and career aspirations.
