David Casey, our Recruitment Director, has a comprehensive background in the Recruitment Industry, excellent market knowledge and awareness. David’s understanding of the needs of an employer comes from a career spanning Industrial Engineering, Personnel and Business set up and development.
David has extensive experience in Executive Search and Placement both in the domestic and international markets. David’s background ensures that MSS Recruitment provides a highly professional and cost effective recruitment service across a broad spectrum of business and related organisations such as:
John Barry, our HR Services Director, having graduated in Law, began his Personnel career with the Ford Motor Company, where he was involved in implementing Training Programmes, dealing with recruitment, developing personnel systems & policies and employee relations.
In 1980, John re-located to Dublin and joined the Federated Union of Employers (now I.B.E.C) as an Industrial Relations Executive. John gained valuable experience in both collective and individual Industrial Relations, Negotiations, Presentations to Third Parties, general Personnel and Industrial/Employee Relations advice, and Employment legislation.
