The Conferencing & Collaboration business unit
provides teleconferencing and web conferencing services,
including operator-assisted and automated teleconferencing
and web-based document sharing tools. Its Data Communications
segment enables enterprise-wide automation of critical
communications and business process activities, such
as confirmation of scheduled appointments and notification
of past-due bills. It also moves companies away from
paper-based document management systems, enabling
electronic creation and distribution of invoices and
other documents.
