for the candidate so they are fully
versed before the interview with the
client.
- Candidate screening
- TGI will search the high calibre
candidate and set up interviews with
qualified personnel.
- Shortlist - A
shortlist of candidates is then put
forward to the client.
- Client interview
- The client interviews the candidates
put forward by TGI.
- Contract of employment
- Suitable candidate appointed and
offered a Contract of Employment.
- Induction - TGI
and the client put together an induction
programme for the successful candidate.
