• Information Pack - An information pack is put together for the candidate so they are fully versed before the interview with the client.
  
  
• Candidate screening - TGI will search the high calibre candidate and set up interviews with qualified personnel.
  
  
• Shortlist - A shortlist of candidates is then put forward to the client.
  
  
• Client interview - The client interviews the candidates put forward by TGI.
  
  
• Contract of employment - Suitable candidate appointed and offered a Contract of Employment.
  
  
• Induction - TGI and the client put together an induction programme for the successful candidate.
