Aidan Bodkin has been appointed as managing director of the aviation division of digital services company TEKenable, driving new business growth, promoting its products in the aviation space and leadings clients\u2019 digital transformation from legacy systems to TEKenable\u2019s fully customised AI enabled cloud-based systems. Aidan previously worked with Avolon as head of FP&A from 2010-23. During that time, he enabled Avolon\u2019s growth, by providing the key management information guiding all key strategic and operational decisions and by leading on several key ERP projects resulting in transformational change. He is a qualified accountant with CIMA and holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin (TCD).<\/p>\n

Grace O\u2019Shaughnessy has been appointed as CEO with Brodericks, supplier of commercial catering solutions. She brings 20 years of food and beverage industry experience, having served as MD of Java Republic for the past 15 years, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing the brand as a leader in premium coffee. She holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management and has held senior operational positions at prominent food companies such as Lir Chocolates and Kylemore Foods. She joins Brodericks at a pivotal time for the company as it continues to expand its operations and strengthen its market position.<\/p>\n
Amaro Gonzaga Silva has been appointed DevOps lead at software firm Ardanis, developing and implementing a DevOps strategy that aligns with its goals for its new AI product. He will mentor and guide the team to deliver high-quality, reliable and secure software. He was previously engineering manager at Metro bank for three years; before that, he was head of quality assurance at fintech RateSetter for seven years. Amaro holds a Masters in Informatics and Computing Engineering from FEUP (Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto) and technical and business certs in Software Quality and Testing, Agile Methodologies and Cloud (Microsoft Azure).<\/p>\n
Margaret McKiernan has been appointed as CEO of Mercy University Hospital (MUH). She brings 25 years of acute hospital experience; she was MUH\u2019s director of nursing since 2016. A registered general nurse working in clinical and lead roles in Ireland and the UK, she holds an MSc in Nursing and a post-grad qualification in Intensive Care and Coronary Care Nursing. She represents acute hospitals nationally on the HSE \/ Irish Hospice Foundation Oversight Group and is the acute hospital representative in Cork on the LGBT Interagency Group. She founded the Sanctuary Hospital Group in MUH. She completed the Florence Nightingale Foundation Scholarship Programme 2022-23.<\/p>\n
Jean-Manuel Lejeune has been appointed as a director with OutForm Consulting, a business transformation specialist. He brings 25 years of experience in corporate strategy development, performance analysis, and the development of information management systems. A former Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Embassy in Ireland, he is a graduate of La Sorbonne and Universit\u00e9 Pierre-et-Marie-Curie in his native Paris, and UCD. He previously held a role as head of digital transformation role in the Irish aviation sector. He has managed capital investment programmes worth over \u20ac1bn. Jean-Manuel will be based in Dublin. Kosta Kapetangiannis has been appointed as studio director with HLM architects in Dublin, bringing 24 years of experience in practices supporting public and private sector projects across Ireland.
