    Q. I am a recent graduate (mature student) and have an interview as a PA to a hotel proprietor. I have a lot of administrative experience (over 25 years). The salary being offered is E23,000. I have seen in salary surveys that someone with my administrative experience should be in the 30,000 to 38,000 euro range. However, the advert looked for a graduate.
