Our client, a new & fast growing Irish organisation are now looking to further expand in their international markets & have exclusively engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join the team. Their client list includes some of the world's most high profile organisations such as Meta, Amazon & Deloitte.

The Job:

As a key part of the commercial & leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth & development of the organisation though championing their marketing & branding endeavours with both existing & new clients.

This will include duties such as designing & implementing marketing strategies, cultivating a unique brand persona, executing marketing campaigns with international appeal, steering organic & paid SEO initiatives, devising social & digital media strategies, preparing marketing metrics reports, managing the corporate website & event/launch planning.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline. 
• 4-5+ years’ relevant experience ideally gained in a B2B & digital marketing focused role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to take the initiative.
• Proven ability to self-manage, plan strategy & deliver on projects.

The Offer:

The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications but expected to be approx. 45k-55k.

This will be a hybrid work environment with 3-4 days per week based in the company's office in Nenagh & 1-2 days WFH/remote.
