We are seeking an Account Assistant for a temporary position with our Tralee based client.
This position will be for two months, possibly longer depending on the client requirements.
Reporting to the Financial Controller the role of the Accounts Assistant will include the following:

• Weekly payroll processing on Micropay
• All relevant payroll jobs including maintenance of holiday balances
• Daily cash, credit card and gift card counting and reconciliations
• Daily entering of Opera trial balance to income audit spreadsheet
• Full responsibility for the creditors ledger to include the following:
- Posting of creditor invoices on Sage Line50
- Posting of creditor payments to Sage Line50
- Maintaining purchase order log in conjunction with department heads
- Reconciling all creditor invoices to strict month end deadlines
• Sage Line50 experience and advanced excel skills necessary
• Strong organisational skills essential
• Opera experience an advantage
