They are now seeking a Business Analyst to assist in documenting and advising improvements to current Operational processes. Successful applicants will report to the Head of Operations and be heavily involved with playing a key or lead role for all projects and service provision audits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Acting as a key operational resource for all affiliate business flowing through the entity
- Provide support on new project initiatives
- Participation in planning, performing documenting and approving audits
- Documenting Policies & Procedures whilst ensuring they are kept up to date
- Communicating between a variety of different stakeholders (mainly finance/actuarial teams)
- Some travel to the US and Europe required
- 5+ years’ experience within a Business Analyst role
- Previous experience working within the insurance/finance industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with regards to accounting/finance
- Some experience with SQL
- Third Level Qualification
