BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER -DUBLIN/LEINSTER AREA

Role:
As a member of the, you will responsible for the development of your current customer base in the
hospitality/healthcare sector and to secure new key volume business

Qualifications and Preferable Experience:

" Strong experience in dealing with senior executives in Hospitality or Healthcare
" Ability to manage sales engagements through the full sales cycle supported by a proven track record in sales in the hospitality / healthcare sector.
" Strong attention to detail with a high level of analytical ability
" Advanced computer skills
" Skilled negotiator
" Clear communication skills
" 3-5 Years sales experience in B2B selling
" Demonstrable track record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs
" Experience in account management and relationship management
" Ability to work as part of a strong team in a high performance environment
" Experience in Hospitality Sales, Healthcare Sales, Food Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Principle Responsibilities:
Sales:
" Increase sales volume and profitability by securing new key volume business accounts while maintaining and developing existing client base.
" Ensure that your territory achieves the overall budgeted sales and profit margins by increasing supplier activity with your current customer base and developing new business with new accounts
" Identify , evaluate and prioritise your new business prospects
" To review lost business report monthly and follow up as needed.
" To plan and implement your Sales Plan in line with your Sales Manager
" To compile weekly and monthly sales report for the Sales Manager
" To strategically target all hospitality and healthcare market segments for business
" To ensure all administration work is completed correctly and in a timely fashion
" To maximise on all sales and referral leads
" Ensure Budget Performance Targets are met

Person MUST be Living in the area (South Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Laois)

Food/Hospitality experience (ideally former hotel GM/assistant GM, Bar/Restaurant Owner/Manager)

Fantastic Salary of 50K incl Bonus Car Laptop Expenses
