Role: Production Manager
Location: Dublin

The Company:

Rapidly growing, Multi-National precision measurement company in Dublin currently recruiting for a Production Manager for their rapidly growing Dublin facility. This organisation supports an amazing portfolio of clients including Formula 1 teams, NASA and a massive range of very well-known med device, pharma, food, electronics & automotive companies globally. My client looks for people who have a 'can do' attitude in terms of problem solving and you are given the autonomy to do your job while still having really strong support structures in place from management when you need to draw on them so you get best of both worlds!

Responsibilities:

* Strong focus on delivery performance, quality and productivity measures.

* Managing a team of Cell Leaders/ Supervisors

* Adhering and operating to very strict quality compliances and procedures & achieving the targets

* Recruitment of Production Operators/ Cell Leaders & training and develop of production staff.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' hands on experience in operating a successful Production department where you have been responsible for the production planning, quality, personnel, costs and all outputs.
