My client a dynamic medical device company based in Galway is currently looking for an experienced Quality Systems engineer to join their Quality team.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing their subject matter expertise on the NC (non conformities) and CAPA (Corrective and preventative action) process. Ensuring the system is complying to ISO13485 and FDA requirements. This candidate will take lead in ensuring the NC/CAPA system is maintained and implemented in a compliant manner in line with standards and FDA regulation.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a highly regulated environment, med device or pharma.
  • Previous experience with CAPA systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
