Asset Servicing Operations Manager

My client is a leading global bank who is currently undergoing a continuing period of growth within their Asset Servicing division. As a result of new business and improving market conditions, they are currently seeking an Asset Servicing Manager for their Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and taking charge of key client relationships
  • Maintaining and setting high levels of customer services as set out by SLA's
  • Achieving all associated compliance in relation to the team
  • Managing the team's processing responsibilities
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders within the business, communication of service level targets to the company's stakeholders
  • Attending and organisation of all client phone calls
  • Escalation and identification of all risks to relevant parties
The ideal candidate:

  • Funds or Custody or Asset Servicing background
  • Income tax, Corporate Action experience a big bonus.
  • At least 4 years' experience managing a team within a similar capacity
  • Comfortable speaking to Senior Management and Clients
  • Experience in delivering, setting out and measuring your team's performance
  • Experience of managing and interacting with top tier clients
