Contracts Negotiator

This position is located in our Dublin, Ireland office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate and oversee simple and complex transactional matters for
marketing, human resources, facilities and other functions

  • Analyse and interpret complex provisions in contracts to ensure compliance and consistency

  • Proactively deliver timely, pragmatic, and business-oriented advice to strategic sourcing function and various internal clients

  • Collaborate with the strategic sourcing function regarding improved ways to facilitate high volume transactions for internal clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience supporting transactions with demonstrated and solid drafting, and negotiation experience

  • Experience negotiating complex contracts while managing a high volume of day-to-day transactions

  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload

  • Metrics and results oriented

  • Sound business judgment and the ability to address complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Collaborative with exceptional client service skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to create and sustain lasting relationships with internal clients and management

  • Sound judgment
