Respiratory Sales Manager wanted for UK Region.

Our client is seeking an experienced clinical sales manager to provide respiratory goods UK territory.

The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Clinical Sales team and its third-party distributor partner to accelerate profitable revenue and share growth. In this role you will be responsible for sales of products through distributors and partners in UK, by focusing the teams on execution of the sales Strategy in the ICU market, expanding the therapy areas in additional market segments such as Emergency, OR and wards.

Aim :

Responsible for executing specific customer development and training programs by providing full clinical education and support for nebulizer products in hospital accounts in the UK territory.

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, the CSM will be expected to collaborate with other members of the team (ID Area Business Manager, Clinical Support Specialists, and other ID Account Managers) in order to optimize customer experience and maximize sales and take share opportunities.

Authority Assignment: During periods of absence, the EMEA Sales Director has the authority to act on behalf of the Clinical Support Manager in any and all matters other than those that cannot be delegated.


  • Increase nebuliser utilization in the Acute Care (Hospital System) to gain market share and support the achievement of the sales target
  • Provide Clinical user support, deliver the customer training plan across the appropriate segments in the hospital setting, and effectively transfer knowledge and empower customers to use nebulisers effectively and independently
  • Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfil the role effectively o
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Director, clinical and marketing teams and distributor teams to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors o
  • Maintain and develop relationships with KOLS and strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders e Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential e Maintain knowledge of competitors products, activities and strategies in the UK Market
Education Experience:

Minimum of a Degree. At least ten years relevant experience.

Specific Requirements: Respiratory therapy experience, to include respiratory training and responsibility preferred

- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships quickly.

- Have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the ICU, Emergency room and wards.

- Must be self-disciplined, organised, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives.

- Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.

- A team player and independent thinker

- Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitment

- Trained to apply advanced Microsoft package skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Full & clean driving license

- Resident within England
