WAITING FOR THE PERFECT HEAD CHEF JOB?

We have the job for you! Our client is recruiting for a Head Chef in their busy hotel in West Cork. With a Bar, Restaurant and Function Room, the Head Chef is responsible for producing excellent food, creating innovative menus and the daily running of the kitchen. This hotel is a busy property and hotel volume experience is essential.

The candidate:

  • 5 years plus experience as a Head Chef
  • Creativity and willingness to try new dishes is desired
  • Culinary qualification
  • People management, leaderships and training skills
  • Must be an excellent communicator both written and spoken
  • Financially proficient to complete rosters, wage costs, menu costs, stock control etc.
  • Hotel banquet experience essential.
Our client is offering an attractive package of €45k bonus accommodation (if required) for the right candidate.
