Chef de Partie 5***** Hotel Co. Kerry- Republic of Ireland

Beautiful hotel property in Co. Kerry southern Ireland is now seeking to recruit chef de parties to support the Head & Sous Chef with the organisation of their restaurant.
Menu cycle and co-ordination of daily food preparation and delivery to high standard. Oversee the preparations of your section and also to supervise the Commis Chefs.

Key Responsibilities
" Deliver the main sections of the daily menu ensuring timely preparation and high standard quality product.
" Oversee the preparations of the full daily menu ensuring preparation and delivery to a high standard.
" Support preparation of Menus, stock management & ordering, and preparation..
" Preparation of speciality foods in line with menu planning and specific culinary skills.
" Application and adherence to Food Safety Standards in line with legislative and company standards.
" Is creative and a foodie at heart
" Application of Safe working in line with H&S and Safety Legislation.

Qualifications & Experience
" Qualified chef with 3-5 years experience
" Experience in a mix of Bistro/ Bar Food/Banqueting
" MUST have experience in handling a busy kitchen and volume
" Can manage their own section
" Has strong range and grill experience.

" This position is an immediate start- you must be available for immediate start and can start within a 2 week time frame
" All candidates must have right to work in Ireland.
" Preferable experience in Bistro/Contemporary & Banqueting Dining Options
