Food & Beverage Supervisor - 4*Hotel Cork

A Cork City Hotel now require a food and beverage supervisor to assist with managing this busy department. The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years prior hotel experience, excellent customer service skills, work well under pressure and most importantly love what they do! They will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals and always ensuring the highest of standards are met ensuring guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior Hotel Supervisory Experience
  • In-depth Food & Beverage Knowledge
  • High volume experience in a la carte service
  • Strong beverage service skills
  • Working to SOP's, cash handling, health and safety, hotel policies
  • Assisting management to ensure departmental budgets are met
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and constantly trying to improve operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Exemplary customer service approach
