Our Total Talent Solutions include staffing, executive search, talent management and contract services. We are currently seeking a Graduate Talent Consultant to join our expanding Supply Chain team in Cork and we invite applications from passionate, entrepreneurial graduates who are looking for an opportunity to develop a career within talent acquisition and consultancy.

The role

  • As a key member of the Supply Chain talent acquisition team, ensuring that clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service from us
  • Sourcing contract & professional talent through targeted database and network searches
  • Advertising new vacancies on appropriate websites and creative use of social media
  • Facilitating client recruitment processes, including scheduling candidate interviews, assessment centres & medicals, and reference-checking of candidates
  • Following agreed procedures and maintaining up-to-date records on Fastnet systems
  • Participation in client relationship management, sector networking and social media
  • Closely-supported onboarding plan, covering all aspects of our diverse business
You have

  • A 3rd level degree
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with full understanding of the importance of maintaining highest standards
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
