HRIS Manager (Contract)

Role Summary - You will lead the implementation of an HR software system across the global business, responsible for gathering requirements used to execute and maintain the HRIS and enhance HR service delivery. They will oversee the necessities for the order HR data, serve as an HRIS subject matter expert with key responsibility to document requirements, conduct test cycles, prioritise items with the implementation team, managing data feeds, reporting, and communicating change.


  • Develop implementation plan, identifies inputs required, puts in place methodology, milestones and tracking progress
  • Work closely with the business to compile and document the requirements for system integrations
  • Retrieves and reviews business processes; checking for accuracy
  • Collaborates with the HR leaders to develop HR and enterprise/integration requirements and suggest configuration requirements to IT departments
  • Serves as subject matter expert on the full breadth of system capabilities and features
  • Develops, reviews, and updates system documentation
  • Responsible for HR system technical configuration including modules updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, security, etc.
  • Designs and delivers HR Metrics and Reporting solutions for use in business planning, analysis and forecasting. Creates dashboards and report templates for all levels of management.
  • Ensures all integrations with downstream systems are correct via management of data feeds and regular audits


  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience, HR systems, HRIS and/or project management
  • Experience with a major HRM HRIS Platforms
  • Experience in system development life-cycle phases: requirements, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tool usage
  • Understanding of core HR business practices (HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Shared Services. Ability to develop solutions based on analysis of technology-related issues/opportunities.)
