Business Analyst

Seeking a business analyst with a solid track record in software implementation skills to join a customer experience team and assist with the implementation of many, diverse implementations of its leading LMS Software.

Ideally the role is suited to someone with a technology background who has experience in client engagements. This role will compass working directly with clients to understand their requirements and determine how they can best be achieved using the company’s LMS Software. In addition, this role will also be expected to participate in the implementation of those requirements, assisting developers with direction and guidance, and testing the result to ensure it meets the goals and needs of the client.

Finally, this role will also participate in some internal business analysis for the product development team, providing functional guidance and direction on new features in the product.

This role will be based in our headquarters in Dublin.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Communications and meetings with clients on requirements and issues
  • Documentation of business and functional requirements
  • Mapping of requirements to solutions
  • Acting as a member of a number of project teams to ensure successful delivery of functionality to clients.
  • Assisting with development reviews and final testing to ensure the functionality meets the client needs
Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Must have a solid track record in software implementation
  • Must have internal stakeholder mangement and must have managed multiple external stakeholders
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to quality and detail
  • Strong appreciation of the business application of software.
  • Highly effective communications, listening and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle RDBMS technologies
  • Ability to prioritise and manage work
