This is a varied role in that you will primarily work as part of ourday-to-day support team as a field service across mulitple business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide On-Site Technical Support escalations to our customers. At times you will be required to provide remote support.

• Trouble-shoot issues relating to Servers, Networking, and LAN/WAN Connectivity, Email, Security, Permissions, Backups etc.


• 2+ years experience in ideally field and remote support including significant installation and customer-facing experience.

• Holding at least one industry recognised certification an advantage

• Experience of Trouble-shooting of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016

• Experience in Office 365 and other SaaS solutions an advantage

• Experience of Windows 7/8/10

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent spoken and written English, to converse professionally with both non-technical end-users and Management level.

• Must be team player with strong customer service focus

• Full clean Driving Licence is essential
