Contracts Performance Consultant

Our client is one of the world’s largest suppliers of Caterpillar power systems and construction equipment. They are now looking for a Contracts Performance Consultant to join their team in the UK and Ireland.

As the Contracts Performance Consultant, you will improve the financial performance of Repair and Maintenance Contracts by monitoring production, health and ongoing repairs and also analysing and predicting future spend interventions.

Managing the overall performance of contracts, you will:

- Liaise with the Service Operations Team to implement all planned events, including repairs
- Effectively manage assets, focusing on availability and productivity
- Identify ways to improve operational and maintenance best practices and reduce operating costs
- Use condition-based monitoring to optimise the life of components
- Gain product health and performance feedback
- Deliver a range of reports

To be considered, you will need:

- Strong project management skills
- Excellent IT skills, including intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint capabilities
- The ability to interpret large amounts of data and information to support planning and decision making
- Demonstrable engineering experience

Organised and pragmatic, as the Contracts Performance Consultant, you will be financially and commercially aware. Excellent influencing, communication and networking skills are also key.
