After speaking with our client we are now actively recruiting for and Operations Excellence Lead position. As part of the Operational Excellence Team you will support the facility by providing expertise in both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to help enable the business to deliver on its commitments. Our Client situated in Co. Kildare, is an integral part of the global solid oral dose network; manufacturing tablets and capsules for world markets using highly complex processes.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

  • Six Sigma or Lean Black Belt certified by a recognised third party organisation
  • Primary degree in a Science/Engineering discipline, with a number of years' experience operating at Black Belt level, preferably in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing operation
  • Demonstrable experience in leading improvement projects of significant size and scope using lean six sigma methodologies, resulting in quantifiable business benefit
  • Strong analytical/statistical problem solving ability, with broad business knowledge and the ability to link customer needs with business processes
  • Experience in training and coaching candidates completing lean and six sigma projects
  • Strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • An understanding of and proficiency in Change Management
  • Good working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry including Operations, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain, Engineering and Regulatory aspects. Good working knowledge of cGM
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MiniTab.
