Supply Chain Planning Manager required to join existing Supply Chain Operations team, reporting to Senior Director Supply Chain.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Supply Planning and Production Control functions.
  • Execution in the S&OP process (planning cycle) including raw materials planning MRP, inventory management and orders shipment
  • planning.
  • Manage the demand scheduling of a global supplier and sub-contractor base.
  • Analyses production and capacity requirements. Completes capacity analyses for any changes to product portfolio and advises of any
  • impacts.
  • Lead and develop a small team of supply chain planners who will execute MPS by converting planned MRP orders to purchase orders
  • for contract manufacturers (CM), component suppliers and production orders to subcontractor manufacturers.
  • Responsible for interface with Product Managers, Business Operations, Design Engineering, Product Engineering and NPI transfer
  • teams.
  • Creates rolling forecasts to aid revenue planning, supplier & CM forecasting & capacity planning requirements.

Skills & Education

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or relevant experience
  • Approximately 10 years planning experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Previous program/project management experience in developing and implementing processes for new supply chain solutions
  • Previous people leadership / people development experience
  • Experience using SAP ERP system
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
