Our client a busy service company based in Co. Waterford currently have a job available for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator.
You will have a min. of 1 year's office-based reception / administration experience. This is a fulltime permanent job and hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm. Reporting directly to the office manager you will be required for the following duties:

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors
  • Responding to customer queries that come either via phone, email or face to face
  • Provide exemplary Customer Service to customers
  • Deal with the incoming and outgoing post
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, transcribing
  • Ensuring staff safety certificates are up to date and organising training days
  • Credit Control and basic accounts admin
  • Successful candidate;

  • Excellent IT skills Word, Excel, Outlook including Social Media for work purposes
  • Excellent customer services ability and phone manner
  • Good work ethic, self-motivated and can work well as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
  • A knowledge of Agriculture / Farming an advantage
