A well known multinational in South Dublin is urgently seeking a Process Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. The project is about building relationships and dealing with stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to have some experience using Microsoft Visio. The key requirements are listed below;
- Leading workshops
- Use of MS Visio
- Gathering requirements & mapping requirements
- Working with difficult stakeholders and how to build up a relationship with them
- Providing training and helping support agents internally understand the process changes and how it will affect the support procedures that they will be expected to give
- Any work that you might have done with Customer Journeys
