My client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company have a vacancy for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Executive.

Reporting to the site Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement, you will be required to drive improvement mind-set change through use of Tools, Systems and Behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline and Lean / Six Sigma Black belt certification. You should also possess minimum 5 years experience driving change through Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence.

The Role
The Continuous Improvement Executive will be responsible to:
Drive CI behaviours and mind-sets coach teams on use of CI tools to drive self-sufficiency in each area
Implement CI systems and process to embed CI way of working Visual management, 5S , Standard problem solving
Drive technical CI projects Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement, yield improvement, improvement, Waste elimination
