We are currently working with a global tech firm seeking to hire a key HR role in their join their state of the art Dublin 2 based operation. They organisation has over 3,000 employees across the work with 120 here in Dublin. Due to growth, they are hiring for the new position of HR Generalist to support the Head of HR. The organisation prides itself on collaboration, relationship building and communication and is looking for someone who fits their culture and values.
In this role you will partnering with Head of HR to provide end to end HR support to the Irish Team. This will vary from HR Admin, Recruitment Support and Employee Relations to Project work, Change Management, Wellness and People Development Initiatives. Employee experience is a key driver for this organisation and in this role you will be delivering that experience.
Their ideal person will be passionate about HR and People. In addition to this the person should be driven, show initiative, enjoy working autonomously and collaboratively.
To apply, you should ideally have 3 years HR experience or more with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in Employee Relations. Great communications skills are also essential.
