Currently seeking a project admin for a programme project.

This position will involve client interaction, presentations and excellent administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing admin support for a project.
  • Create documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Taking minutes and distributing.
  • Organise and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Schedules meetings, events and conferences.
  • Works on projects, such as gathering, inputting and compiling information for reports.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administration support.
  • Project work experience essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, Sharepoint and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving.
