Based in Fermoy and reporting directly to the Depot Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys an interactive role dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face. The role of Customer Care Agent is an all-encompassing role which is customer centred but also involves raising orders, processing payments, invoicing and providing support to the delivery team and other departments when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide a personalized service
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Process orders, payments and applications (budget payers, standing orders)
- Manage online web orders
- De-escalate situations involving disgruntled customers, offering patience, assistance and support
- Evaluate customer complaints/problems and provide timely solutions
- Provide customer service at our front desk
- Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other office administrative duties
- Seize opportunities to upsell products and services and to inform customers about the company’s new products, services and policies

- Previous experience in a customer care role

- Experience with Oracle (would be an advantage)
