We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused Food Team Members to join our fast‑paced brand new Quick Service Restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and high‑quality food.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Team Member feeds customers with great tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! The Team Member is a representation of the brand in everything they do.

What will I be doing as a Food Team Member?

• Prepare and serve food to brand standards, ensuring excellent quality and presentation
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at all times
• Operate tills, handle payments, and assist customers with queries
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness across the kitchen, service area, and dining space
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Support stock rotation, storage, and deliveries as required
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and uphold operational standards
